This fully customized package helps you prepare for what’s ahead, from future-proofing care, ensuring your home’s safety, to understanding essential documents, navigating available resources, and even having important conversations with friends and family. You’ll come away with practical tools and a clearer path forward.
This 4-hour support package is fully customized to meet your needs and can be scheduled in 2-2 hour blocks or spread out over multiple sessions.
Together, we’ll look at the unique circumstances of your family and create a plan that brings clarity and confidence. Depending on your situation, we may cover:
Future-proofing care needs: anticipating what’s ahead and building circles of support.
Home safety: practical steps to make living spaces safer and easier to navigate.
Legal and medical documents: understanding what’s essential to have in place.
Communication strategies: easing difficult conversations with family or professionals.
Navigating services and resources: finding the right help, at the right time.
You’ll receive tools you can use now, and build reliable plans to support you as needs change.

Holistic Advance Care Planning Package
Our holistic advance care planning package is a heart-centred approach to practical planning matters.
Package includes 4 hours of 1-1 guidance and customized email follow-up .
Here’s a glimpse into what we’ll cover:
Legal, financial & administrative tasks: we’ll create a customized “to-do” list
Medical & philosophical decision making for both end of life and sudden illness or critical injuries
Disposition options & ceremony planning so your loved ones aren’t dealing with a million decisions when they just can’t
“The most important paperwork”: your heart-will or legacy project
Our time together is broken into 4-1 hour zoom sessions and a short follow up/accountability check-in after the fourth meeting. You’ll work from thoughtfully created curriculum designed to get you through each part of these four pillars of holistic advance care planning. Your schedule, your way.
Pricing: $550 per person / $975 per couple/ $1650 per family (maximum 6 people, any definition of “family” that suits yours!)

Individualized planning and support sessions are developed based on your unique requirements. We will start with a complimentary clarity call and email follow-up. I have found that most people’s needs require at least 2 hours but we can discuss your specific situation during our initial call.
2025 rates:
30-minutes: $85 | 2-4 hours: $175 per hour | 5+ hours: $150 per hour | Day session: $1200
One time/emergency consultations:
You might need advice or information quickly, for specific and urgent situations. I got you, and at a special rate too:
30 minutes: $75 | 1 hour: $125

Doula Connections
I work closely with a small team of hand picked End of Life Doulas affiliated with various EOL organizations across North America. I also offer end-of-life doula services to clients I have pre-existing relationships with.
Doula services are extremely personal: reach out and begin the conversation to see how doula services can support you and your family.
Most families choose to retain services in 5 hour blocks when working with me, but we will define your specific needs during our first complimentary call. My doula services are billed at the same rates as individualized planning and support options, beginning at $175 per hour.
